Crossed Benchmark team strength of 120

Year 2012 was a significant year for Hesper IT Labs in terms of employee retention, new recruitments and recruiting very senior and high end professional to take care of certain verticals of the business. We also got successful in crossing the figure of 100 employees and at present we are above the benchmark strength of 120 employees. Employee friendly policies and great efforts from the recruitment team to fulfill the business requirements, are the core reasons for this success.

A step towards Agile

We work in an industry where transformation takes place at a very rapid pace. To keep track with the changing environment, we always aim to upgrade ourselves as per the industry standards and business requirements of the Clients. Agile is the new way of doing things in the software development paradigm and Hesper IT Labs, being a software development company, has to adapt it to stay competitive and relevant in the market. Keeping the same thing in mind, we proactively adopted Agile processes and developed the infrastructure to support it. We have started working with tools and techniques being used in Agile development, got our development teams trained from best of trainers and prepared ourselves for Agile based projects.

ISO Certification

Hesper IT Labs got accredited ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2012. All the departments including Administration, HR and Delivery had been audited and after reviewing the existing process based work culture, we successfully got the certificate. This shows orientation towards process model and Willingness to provide best of services to our Customers by making ourselves structural and formal in a service based model.
